After working for over 10 years at Actualize Creative Services as a graphic designer and full-stack web developer, I decided to start Margo Hoover’s Xtrepid Designs because I wanted to provide customers with more personalized service that can pivot to meet any need, no matter how complex or rapidly evolving. Because we are a small business, I can directly provide customer service face-to-face or over the phone.

After studying mass communications at American University and earning a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, I continued my education, studying graphic design and web development. I know how to leverage psychology to market your business to customers or other businesses and have the design experience needed to give your business a whole new face lift.
